We would use them again and recommend them to others.

We're always here to help and support clients when things go wrong and in your case it was truly no trouble at all , your own resourcefulness and collaborative spirit made it a real pleasure in fact - we we're just so worried for your husband and sad that you both couldn't enjoy your planned adventures in Spain and Portugal.
