Could I please ask going forward that when booking if you advise us with regards to issues with your knee and hip, if it is necessary to merge coaches and move seats we will do all we can to ensure your booking requirements are fulfilled. In terms of your previous holiday if a driver is instructing to clients to sit where they like I would encourage you call our office and this will be addressed immediately. Your specific allocated seats are reserved throughout the duration of your break.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I regrettably note your booking has been cancelled and for your previous experience at this property 2 years ago. I can confirm we constantly monitor the performance of all of our hotels and that you were advised correctly with regards to the minimal complaints recieved so far this year. The Historic York and Yorkshire Dales Superdeal break is sold as select accommodation with the hotel being allocated and named closer to departure. I would point out we offer many alternatives to the superdeal options all with named accommodation if this would possibly be a preferable option. Many Thanks
