The videos are so easy to follow, I had never tried a sculpted cake before and was really pleased with the results. Will definitely be buying more tutorials.

Sorry about the lack of notice regarding your renewal. The accounts are set to auto-renew with an email going out two weeks before just by way of reminder. There had been a gap where members who´s payment card had expired during the membership period, which meant it couldn´t auto-renew, were showing as failed payments resulting in the membership being automatically suspended.
We´ve worked with Paypal, our payment merchant, so any members who miss a payment will be sent an email asking if they would like to update their billing details. Hopefully this will ensure that anyone wishing to stay on as a paying member will be given every opportunity.
