Thanks for the feedback. We have tightened our lesson plans now and Paul will be in on ever guest filming session to help guide and advise on these issues.
All tutorials give great instruction, fun to watch and gives you lots of inspiration.
I have been a member since the start and I always love a Thursday to see what the next tutorial is going to be.

I bought the annual membership. It's great having all the techniques you need for cake decorating in one place. I made my cakes while watching Paul doing his, not necessarily following his tutorials...
Tutorials are great, but I'm still having to change my password every time i log in. Even though the password does not change!

That shouldn´t be happening so I checked the Customer Support audit trail and seems that there was an issue that the payment hadn´t been received, but hopefully all sorted out now.
