Thank you for the feedback. According to our records both items that were ordered have been delivered. I will arrange for a member of staff to get in touch regarding this.
I did not have a dispatch advice so looked it up on the net file which said it was sent on 22nd Jan. Two weeks later I had an advice from you telling me that the item could not be delivered as it was...

Apologies for the inconvenience. It appears that the shirts were out of stock, but there was a delay processing the refund which is why you didn't receive email notification of this until the 30th. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I can assure you that this is very rare and I hope that we can still be of service to you in future.
the service was fine but the site was hard to navigate and needs too many clicks just to be told out of stock. so it leads you to just give up buying anything else!
