I am sorry to hear of this. I can see that you notified us of the issue and we sent a free return label to you. We should also of sent you a replacement pair and I am sorry that this was not done. I have arranged for an advisor to contact you to reslove this issue.
Difficukty in finding the offer on the web site as the quoted link didn't work. Had to email to get postage refunded.

I am sorry for the issue's you had placing the order. I have checked and if you use the exact link that is printed it does take you to a page where the music player can be ordered with free postage. The postage of course was refunded when you queried this with us.

I am sorry to hear that the courier missed you. Most people would rather the parcel was left with a neighbour if there is no answer, instead of having to re-arrange a delivery. I trust that you are happy with your purchase however, and we hope to be of service to you again in future.
I did not expect to have to pay postage. The advert in the Telegraph indicated that the price included postage

Sorry for the confusion. We do believe that it is made clear during checkout that there is a postage charge for all orders placed through the Telegraph website. I am sorry if you feel mislead in any way, and i can assure you that was not the intention.
Thank you for the feedback. The ice treads are designed for wearing in snowy and icy conditions, and are not suitable for use when there is no snow or ice on the ground. The studs will not be instantly ruined if you come across some tarmac while out, but the studs can catch as you tend not to lift your feet the same while walking on clear surfaces and are a tripping hazard. They are therefore designed so you can pop them on and off quite easily.

Surely they would be no greater hazard than walking on thick soled boots/shoes which one gets used to very quickly. Anyway, why not have them made with studs suitable for all surfaces - from the comfort point of view if nothing else, no-one would choose to wear them if there was no ice or snow around. Potentially a good and useful product priced sensibly with broad appeal, ruined by ill-thought out design and inadequate description in your advertising. Perhaps further thought should be given before you advertise them again - or get the design changed.
I had a problem with the goods supplied which cost over £10.00 to return, as there was no offer from the person I contacted to send a return lable.

I am sorry to hear that the shoes were a poor fit. We do offer you the chance to purchase a return label when placing your order in case your purchases are unsuitable for any reason. Once we receive your return we will happily replace the shoes for you.
