I think fistec are a very good company with a wide and quality product choice. The only issue i do have is that the website seems rather poor compared to other companies in as a far as you cant case...
It's great to hear that you are happy with the service. Your missing waterproofs were posted out to you on the 21st of May. As you have paid your Parcel Insurance, I will start the claim procedure with Post Office and arrange for replacements to be sent via a registered method without any further delay.

I have always found Fishtec products and services to be of the highest quality. On many occasions other anglers have admired products in use on the bank and friends have also made purchases on the basis of what they have seen and the standard of service I have recommended.
Recently a product was delivered and found to be faulty something which is unusual but to be expected in mass production. Not a problem to Fishtec the item in this case was the TFG Bite alarm set it was returned and to save time I ordered anotherwhich was delivered within 24 hours and within 72 hours my credit card account had been credited.
Needless to say the replacement was excellent and good value.
Shame only caught one fish, but still it did go 32ilb 8oz.
One little hic up not down to Fishtec eveything else excellent.
