Unfortunately, there was an issue with the international shipment and despite our efforts to resolve the situation with the courier, the parcel is still awaiting return to the UK.
Please rest assured, we have processed a full refund for you. We're truly sorry we weren't able to get your gift to you as planned - most of our international deliveries do run smoothly, so it's disappointing that this one didn't go to plan.
