We sympathise with your frustration and understand that it is a very difficult time at the moment. Unfortunately we are never able to guarantee premiums any longer than 28 days in advance. However, we have not had a rates increase in 2 years and are committed to keeping prices consistent with the market for our customers. We hope that premiums will stay as they are in the near future following the Covid19 outbreak, however are not able to confirm that this will be the case indefinitely.
