The pond liners are exactly the same as they have always been, made to the same thickness, puncture resistance and with the same rot and UV resistant coatings on them so the liner you have wont be any different to any other Polyex liner purchased from us previously. I'm really sorry to see your feedback rating, we are doing everything we can with DHL to resolve this for you and have even replaced the pond vacuum for you before getting your original one back and confirming the fault. We are really sorry for the collection failures with DHL and as you know this is still being dealt with, but your new vacuum should have arrived by now.
