Overall not a good experience but Matt Davey and Alex Schmarzel were great!
After being told multiple times that we are not Mr and mrs Rogerson this still hasn’t been updated.
Multiple lapses in communication leading to repeating ourselves multiple times.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am of course pleased to hear that two of our colleagues were great!. Naturally I am sorry to hear that there has been an unresolved error regarding your titles. This is the first time I have known of such an incident to occur during my long service with the Company and I am certain that it will not happen again. It is frustrating that this technical error has occurred, and has soured your overall experience especially given that we achieved 98% of your asking price. Nonetheless we must accept our failings as well as our successes and must push on in our tireless pursuit of overall excellence.
