Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. We're sorry for the inconvenience of needing to return for a second appointment and appreciate the frustration this caused. We're pleased that we were able to repeat the measurements, but we understand why this may have affected your confidence in the process. When measuring weight, we do make an allowance for clothing, typically around 1.5kg, to help provide a more accurate result. We also appreciate your comments regarding the waist measurement. We agree that different types of clothing can affect measurements, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant team for review. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Kind Regards, Rob

Good afternoon Deborah, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive in good time for your appointment and then it be delayed. Having reviewed your comments, we fully appreciate that delays can sometimes be unavoidable, particularly when unexpected staffing issues arise. However, we agree that customers should be kept informed throughout. We are sorry that you were not provided with updates regarding the delay and that there was a lack of clear signage or communication at the venue. We can understand why this left you feeling uncertain as to whether the assessment was even taking place. We're pleased to hear that the Health Assessment Specialist who conducted your assessment was pleasant, thorough, and professional, and that he apologised for the delay. However, we recognise your point that discussing terms and conditions or package options after such a long wait only added to your frustration. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team, as it highlights important areas where communication and the overall customer experience can be improved. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and disappointment caused. Warm regards, Thomas

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your rating and for taking the time to leave a review. We're pleased to hear that you had a positive experience overall. We're sorry if any of the information discussed during your assessment came across as alarming. As Health Assessment Specialists do not have access to results at the time of the appointment, any discussions around health markers are intended to be general information rather than an interpretation of individual results. We appreciate your feedback and have shared your comments with the relevant team for review. Kind Regards, Rob
