They kept in contact the whole time through the financing of the vehicle. The customer support officer Shaun Beecham was polite, friendly and helpful. Easy to work with.

Initially the service was good, but somewhere they dropped the ball. 2 weeks to get a lone does seem like a long time.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Unfortunately sometimes the loan process isn't as fast and straightforward as normal, especially if the loan is under joint names. We're happy we were able to get it over the line in the end and hope you enjoy your new car.
