April Young rocks!
April truly went "above and beyond" to help me, staying after normal hours when I suffered balance issues at work that I thought might be related to my new hearing aids.

Very good personal assistance received from Michael. Any difficulties with the new (to us) Bluetooth aids, including the setting up, were explained simply and adequately. We feel that when older...
