The policy locking requirements must be met for a bike to be covered when left unattended. We provide these at multiple points during the policy purchase, and also provide the same details within your policy welcome email. These requirements are essential to ensure consistency for all customers. We apply the policy wording in a fair and consistent manner. Claim rejections are very rare, and we appreciate that they are a difficult decision to accept, but our decision making is applied fairly and consistently.
