The reason the Cyclehoop discount didn’t reduce your premium is that, based on the value of your insured bike, your policy is already at our minimum premium. The good news is the discount is still applied to your policy, so if you ever increase your insured value above the point where the minimum premium no longer applies, you’ll automatically benefit from the discount.
