Left with no internet at all

Engineer visited to install yesterday and unable to install our new dish. He then tried to reinstall our old system bc and was unable to get this working again so we are now left with no internet.

The engineer has informed us that there was a power surge at the property which affected a number of electrical items. Your old system should now be up and running and we have spoken to our warehouse team to send the replacement part to your property. We will be speaking to our engineers this morning who will contact you to book a suitable time for us to come and get your new system up and running. Thank you for your reply. When I spoke to your helpline yesterday I was told that the parts were not in stock at the warehouse. How soon can I expect to have this resolved

Helpful staff and you can actually get through on the phone quickly. Only reason we stopped is because we had fibre broadband installed.
