I am contacting you today in relation to the review you have made. I would like to advise that the reason why we complete DPA when transferring calls, is to protect you as a client, as we do discuss sensitive information over the telephone with you. We do take all feedback very seriously and can confirm that I have raised the issue about the way in which we complete DPA.
In relation to our Monthly Management fee and our Annual Review fee these are separate fees. The monthly management fee is charged so that your administrator can keep in regular contact with you and your creditors, action any correspondence received by either party and to ensure the smooth running of your Debt Management Programme. Our Annual Review fee is charged as we look at each of your accounts separately and work out where it stands to date. By having this information we are then able to provide you with an update and also offer further solution that may be available to you.
