organisation excellent, but we were disappointed with our cottage which was well used and tired.

We are sorry that the cottage was looking tired for your stay. It isn't clear when you stayed but we suspect it could have been at the end of a very busy summer in 2013. We take your feedback very seriously and work hard to maintain our 4* gold rating.
