We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the day overall, but we're sorry that aspects of the return journey and ticket arrangements caused frustration and anxiety. With regard to the hovercraft tickets, unfortunately the hovercraft operator does not issue individual tickets for group bookings and instead provides a single group ticket. We will certainly pass your comments and suggestion regarding individual ticketing on to the hovercraft company, as we can understand the benefits this would bring for passengers. We would also like to apologise for the confusion surrounding the return crossing time. The intended instruction was the time to be at the terminal ready for boarding rather than the actual departure time, and we appreciate how this may have caused some uncertainty while waiting to return to Southsea.
