We understand the desire for more Cirencester departures. Our pickup points are determined by a number of factors, including customer demand, coach and driver availability, and the direction of travel for each specific itinerary. We’re sorry for the confusion around the departure time. The website and drivers instructions do state a 17:15 departure, so we understand how this caused frustration when you were asked to return for a 17:00 departure instead.
