Barnes Coaches Anmeldelser

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear you found the driver punctual, the coach clean, and the journey smooth overall. On the outward journey, due to operational reasons on the day of travel, the main coach was required to divert to collect passengers at Newbury, which is why the pick-ups may have seemed unexpected. We appreciate your understanding. The return journey operated exactly as planned and was unaffected. Traffic conditions when leaving London can unfortunately be unpredictable, but we’re glad this didn’t detract from your overall experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you on board again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we do really appreciate your honesty, especially as a loyal customer. We understand your frustration about visiting the same towns for breaks, such as Bakewell. When planning routes, we often choose locations that are well‑suited to coaches, have reliable facilities, and work smoothly within driving‑hour regulations. These places tend to be familiar and proven stops, which is why they can appear more frequently. That said, we completely appreciate that many of our regular customers would enjoy a change of scenery, and your comments have been noted and shared with our tour planning team. We are always reviewing our routes and stop locations, and feedback like yours is genuinely helpful in encouraging us to explore alternative options where possible. Thank you again for your continued support and for helping us improve our holidays. We hope to welcome you on board again soon.
