Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We apologise that your fridge was delivered damaged. We have had a few problems with Toll Ipec so we are now trialling a different freight company. We wish we could deliver all the fridges ourselves as then we would know that they would all be taken excellent care of, but unfortunately we can't. We are hoping our new freight company will take care of them like we do. We wish you had advised us of your issue as we could have taken care of it for you.
