Initial service great and team very helpful. However, there have been delays in receiving paperwork, which is now causing issues.

Simple efficient and good value

My agent was efficient and very honest about all aspects of the policy. I was offered a broad range of options and allowed to chose my preference without pressure.

Behulpzame en duidelijke website, mooi uitgewerkt overzicht van de dekking, maar toen ik overging tot de daadwerkelijke aankoop duurde het lang voordat ik mijn documenten kreeg.

Slow Service

Long hold times. I was told they would send documentation via email which they didn’t do until I chased. Not a great start
