Avventure bellissime srl Anmeldelser

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate constructive reviews, as they help us identify opportunities to improve our tours and the overall guest experience. We are pleased that you enjoyed the Grand Canal boat ride and the convenience of meeting your guide directly at your hotel. We understand your comments regarding the time spent inside St. Mark’s Basilica and the possibility of visiting the Pala d’Oro (Golden Altarpiece). Your suggestion is certainly valuable, and we will look into making this additional option more clearly available to future guests. We would also like to mention that we offer several opportunities to customize our experiences through our website. Each tour page includes an "Ask for More Information" option, and our team is always happy to answer questions, clarify what is included, and discuss any special interests or additional requirements before a booking is finalized. Nevertheless, we recognize the importance of making these options as clear and accessible as possible from the outset. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Venice in the future. Kind regards, The Avventure Bellissime Team
