After the rain is my personal favourite. The reed diffuser is great.

Service is excellent. Very happy with Arran aromatics. Have used them a few times and never been disappointed. Highly recommended especially during sale times.

Unfortunately, we experienced an unprecedented volume of orders over our sale weekend, which resulted in our Reed Diffusers temporarily going out of stock. As your order contained one of these items, it meant there was a delay in dispatching your parcel while we awaited replenished stock. We did have this noted on our delivery information page at the time, however we completely understand this may have been easily missed when placing your order. I have checked the tracking for you and can see that your order has now been successfully delivered. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked through the increased demand, and we're very sorry that your order took longer to arrive than you expected. Hi If you check your records you will see I placed two orders. I have indeed received one of the orders( the second one I placed). The first order which is for a higher value still has not been delivered to ( a parcel shop which was an option I was given to divert the delivery from EVRI). I am still waiting and EVRI do not allow you to speak to a human. Overall a really poor service. Really disappointing!
