Fantastic service, ordered on Sunday, delivered within a week. The delivery team were fast and did a perfect job of setting the bed up.

Terrible

They need to improve, or even have communication with customers. This is non existent. I had to chase them all the time and information I was given was inaccurate.

We are sorry to hear of your issues regarding the delivery a year ago and hope the free pillows we supplied go some way to apologising. We have since provided additional training to our delivery team, and our very proud of their service. However, if we do ever fall short of our high self-imposed expectations, we will always seek to rectify the situation.
