Would welcome more options
More options on the booking page would be great - like the option to add a spa treat, in room goodies or merchandise - so you don't have to sort it out when you get to the hotel.

Easy booking
Found all info on line but as a worrier called the helpline to double check and book. The person I spoke to was polite, friendly and efficiently helped me complete my booking.

could not answer questions
two adults two big teenagers trying too make sure pull out beds not bunk beds really hard work to get sorted? hopefully its done,wanted to be up 1floor so can leave windows open and no kids banging...

Website is really difficult to navigate and find details of information you need about short breaks and hotel facilities and water park facilities.

Brilliant hotel
Really easy to book and our stay was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough for you.
