You get what you pay for! We had problems that took forever to resolve, ants in the bedroom and defective air conditioning. We also had a poor nights sleep due to a loud fan/motor switching off...

A bit dated but price reflects this and what you get for price is worth it

I had no complaints. Saturday night tv broke Monday they got a man out to fix the outdoor cable which was good. My room was cleaned well. One thing there was no way to dry clothes
