TERRIBLE
Submitted a claim for, medical costs abroad. Was a bacterial infection that I got during the trip.
So I went back to the UK. I submitted a claim and 2-3 weeks later allianz replied.

13 year old traveling with family friends.
A lot of insurance companies do not cover children traveling without an adult on the same plan . My daughter was travelling with family friends and i was able to take out insurance on my 13 year old...
