The retractable dog lead was not worth the money! It broke the 2nd time of use.

To request a refund, please send us an image or video of the broken product here before returning it to us. Customer Services will then assess the evidence and advise you on what to do next. This may be in the form of troubleshooting, returning for testing or issuing a replacement. We will not refund products that are not faulty upon being tested here at the warehouse. If a product is not faulty upon testing, it will be returned to you and there may be charges for the collection and return.

Never recieved first order. They then sent a second one, which I did receive. Sizing is not correct. Medium is a small. Could not get it over my dogs head. Couldn't return it as had no paperwork in...

Yes I am aware of that. However I did refer to your sizing :See below, from your website;
Size guidesSmall - Neck Circumference <29cm Chest 35-40cm. Suitable for Chihuahua etc.
Medium - Neck Circumference <36cm Chest 40-48cm. Suitable for Yorkshire Terrier etc.
Large - Neck Circumference <38cm Chest 49-62cm. Suitable for Beagle et
However after ordering the medium, going of your size guides. The medium that arrived has a neck circumference of 30cm? Which must be wrong, as your guidelines say that's a small,but the harness has a medium label on it? How is that then?
