Instructor ask about types of beneficiaries to assess approrpatie activity.
The course itself was well thought out and enjoyable, but that was in part due to the fact that most of the attendees know one another and were very relaxed.

very informative, has helped confirm what I'm doing was correct. The level was pitched exactly right with a good mix of learners, I really enjoyed the practical elements for posture and muscle balance
