Unfortunately, we do not have an option to leave in a safe place because we have experienced cases where the items have gone missing. We do however use DPD, who, not only text you with an hour window of delivery time, but they also give you the option to leave with a neighbour, or re-schedule delivery for an alternative day. On some occasions, if all of these options still do not provide a solution we can sometimes speak to DPD and arrange something, but are somewhat hesitant to do this because of parcels going missing.

Fantastic feedback! We think it is very important to inform our customers of all the delivery information such as estimated delivery times etc. so that you do not have to wait in all day, and yes, we offer free delivery on all of our UK orders. We are very sad to hear you were not happy with your order. You did call us immediately with regards to the crease and we asked that you send us the pair back and we will replace them for you which we have done. We can assure you that we do our best to avoid sending imperfect stock out, but it seems on this occasion it was missed and for that we apologise.
