They had good communication with me by telling me when the boots was going to be delived and what time they was being delived.

We are very sorry for the delay. We can see the item was dispatched today for delivery to you tomorrow. The reason this took longer than it should was because we had to call the item in, and the wrong pair was originally sent to us. However, one of our colleagues should have been in touch to inform you of the delay and for this we sincerely apologise. We do hope you receive the shoes without any more delay and enjoy them.

Got a reply to my email & delivery was good. Only thing I would say is that An Post are better to deliver to my area. They know where I live & there is no hassle. Also An Post depot seems to be in...

Thank you for your feedback. We currently use DPD who we find to be of a great service as they are very efficient and offer very accurate delivery times. However, we can appreciate this may not be great for your area in Ireland, if this is the case please let us know further details so that we can look into it for you.

We can see the shoes were since dispatched on the 22nd. We can see that the delivery took 5 days, whilst we strive for our orders to be much quicker than this, in some cases they can take slighter longer than others because we have to call the stock in from our external warehouse. However, we do apologise and can assure you this a rare occurrence.
