We are very sorry for the delay, however your ordered was dispatched in 5 working days. The delay here was due to Christmas unfortunately. We always dispatch the items as quick as we possibly can, therefore if the stock is in our main warehouse then we will dispatch your item for next day delivery at no charge, however if we need to call this in it can take slightly longer. If you are ever unsure and are in need of an item urgently please give us a call so that we can give you an estimated delivery time.

We have looked into this for you and would firstly like to apologise for the confusion here. I can see that you emailed us on the 19th to cancel you order after having placed it on the 17th, by which point the warehouse began dispatching your order. My colleague then did manage to stop the warehouse from physically sending the order, despite it being dispatched on the system, hence why you received the dispatch email. She then immediately refunded the order for you which automatically generates a refund confirmation email which is sent to you immediately, but for some unknown and very strange reason you did not receive this until the 24th as you explain. We apologise for this but cannot understand why you did not receive the email until then as we can see that we cancelled the order for you when you requested us to do so. However, we can appreciate the frustration this must have caused as it was a gift and if we had known you had not received the email we would have done our best to let you know. This has never happened before and we are saddened that it has given you a such a bad impression as we did our best to accommodate your request, we only hope that you will decide in the future to try ordering from us again as we do take customer care very seriously.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we can appreciate your confusion, we size everything the same on our wesbite to make it easier for the customers. So if your child is say a 28/ UK 10 then whether you purchase Ralph Lauren or Gucci then you can order a 28 in both to receive the same size. We do not go by the American or Italian sizes as this can get rather confusing for our customers. I hope now that you know this is should be much easier for you to order from us in the future, but if you are ever in doubt do gives us a call and we can advise you as much as we can.

The product still hasn't arrived. I ordered the product for a special occasion today and boots didn't arrive yet. I am most disappointed.

We are very sorry for the delay in receiving your order, especially as they were for a special occasion. We have spoken to DPD and it seems some of the delay was down to their being bank holidays in Ireland on which they do not deliver. However, we can confirm the shoes should be out for delivery today, but if there are any more problems do not hesitate to give us a call and we can try to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

We are very sorry for the problems you have experienced with DPD. It is such a shame as we usually find them to be very accurate. It seems odd that they allowed you to arrange it to be delivered in a safe place as we tend to not allow this on our account as they can be expensive items which can go missing. I can see that you received your parcel on the 23rd December, which hopefully means if it was for a Christmas present that you had it in time. We will take this up with DPD to hopefully avoid any issues like this in the future.
