Products great but 'next day service' took 5 days and missed the first day of school. Not happy!

We have looked into this for you and can see that this was never a next day order. The confirmation you received from us said '5-7 days'. You placed your order on the 19th and we dispatched it for you on the 21st, however this was a friday which meant you received it on the monday, but it was within the estimated delivery time. Not all of our orders are next day delivery, and we give you an estimate in the email confirmation. If you need the items by a certain date then we do suggest giving us a call to see where the items are located so that we can give you an estimated delivery time before ordering. All our shoes that are in our main warehouse will be dispatched for next day delivery. Items that we need to call in (in your case) can take a few days more but we are more than happy to advise you on how long. We are sorry that you missed the first day of school, but please do give us a call in future so that we can help you with delivery times.

In response....upon re-checking, you are correct the confirmation email stated 5-7 days, it was the website that stated next-day. We wouldn't have risked sending our daughter to school in trainers if that wasn't so. Further/better clarification (pre-transaction) would be preferable! We will know for next time...but there will probably be a next time
Product arrived on time and without any hassle at all. Only comment is that the packaging was a little excessive. Not necessary for a pair of shoes.

We are sorry you found the packaging to be excessive, but as the majority of our shoes tend to be luxury items we are aware of the need to have them arrive to our customers in the best condition possible.
