Very helpful service, just a pity there was no more detail on the boots as they were all very narrow fitting

Thank you for feedback. I have looked into your order and can see there was some confusion. I see you were unhappy that we sent you shoes from your order, however as we did not hear from you it is normal procedure to fulfil orders that have been placed which is why we went ahead and processed this for you as we had no instruction not to do so. We do hope you like the shoes and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your items are in our main warehouse then they will be dispatched for next day delivery, if they aren't then we may need to call these in and this can take slightly longer, it usually states this in the confirmation email. If you are unsure in the future please do not hesitate to give us a call or email us and we can look into it for you and give you an estimate. We are very happy to hear you loved the boots.
