Thank you, a pretty standard corporate answer there to be honest,
But just to add, I received a follow up call from your customer services later that day after my initial discussion, and when I explained to the caller why I wasnt taking up the policy I was told "ok thank you good bye" in other words it went in one ear and out of the other followed by a standard "thank you for your feedback" reply.
I felt as though if i'd said something like "Tesco's are selling orange banana's today" I would have got exactly the same reply from your customer service person who was obviously in 'transmit only' mode and not particularly interested in whatever response they got.
May I suggest, as a company if you are going to go down the route of follow up calls, then at least train the people who make these calls to actually listen to what the person has to say, rather than some autonotron giving a standard answer!!

Seems my intial rating was a little too hasty...
First off, thanks Annabel - I've recieved a call regarding my initial contaact with Hiscox, and very briefly they were able to explain a few points about my policy and the pricing that I wasn't happy with.
Much happier now with the policy, and very confident of the high standard of customer service that I'll recieve should I need to make a claim.
