I am sorry that you feel our service was poor. As this was quite a large order, we upgraded your shipping to DHL courier at no extra charge to you, which meant that you got your order in just a couple of days. Otherwise Air Mail to New Zealand would have taken 2 - 3 weeks.
As far as GST is concerned, this is an American tax, not a UK tax. We have to charge VAT (Value Added Tax of 20%) on all orders within the UK and European countries within the EU. But as New Zealand is outside the EU, you were not charged VAT on your order.

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the wooden Trick Box 7. These are hand made in Japan, and generally our feedback on the Japanese Trick Boxes is really high (otherwise we would not sell them).

I am sorry that not all the little LED lights that we supplied with the Hurricane Balls were working.
I would be happy to send you a free set of lights if you wish. The design has changed, since we ran out of the old ones, but they work in just the same way.
