Hi Nick. Thank you for your feedback, all comments are appreciated (even the negative!). On further investigation it would appear that the goods were actually delivered within the time expectations given on the website. Our site states 5-7 working days and they were signed for on day 6. However, after speaking to you regarding this matter, it would appear that you had actually received an earlier order soon than the website expectations and was rather hoping for this kind of speedy service again. Just to reiterate; we will ALWAYS attempt to meet customer expectations if we are aware of them.
