Thank-you for your feedback. We are disappointed you feel you didn’t have a good experience with our team. We all take pride in our work and take customer service very seriously indeed. We have worked very hard to gain the great reputation we have for our award winning customer service and really try to go the extra mile for our valued customers. All we asked you to do was check you had used the correct payment link because a payment you made had gone missing. As it transpired you had used the correct payment link but just given us the wrong date that you made the payment. The matter was soon resolved after 2 of our staff members spent time looking for the payment. We are sorry that you became offended by our request to check but didn’t feel this was an unreasonable request under the circumstances.

As expected you do not even see the issue.
Your staff was poorly trained and could not even own up to their error
I made the payment with the correct link on the correct date, but only after 4 or 5 emails your staff decided it was worth checking, up until that point they assumed it was my error and were not even able to recognize the name of your company on the bank statement I sent, to my dismay the send me the worse customer service line I ever read...."sorry if you felt we should have spent more time on your account" well had you been trained properly this would have never happened, have the decency to apologise for the misunderstanding and close with a good friendly note. Do not blame the customer for your lack of acumen and training. Check your facts before! and please do not reply. As I said great facilities, poorly trained, patronising and rude staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review....we note your comments but can honestly say this is not what we are hearing from the vast majority of customers. we contacted you on multiple occasions to try and help you resolve your payment but it is the card companies that quite rightly insist address and personal details match when making a payment.
