Having got a rather panicky phone call as my audio input/outputs had stopped working, before a busy day of video calls, Nadia was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue.

Removed Avast free version. Have run CCleaner and improved performance. Scanned by Malwarebytes - no issues found. Removed Office 2010 Pro and installed O365 subscription desktop apps
