Thanks so much for your feedback, I will check out what happened with your delivery and try my best to rectify this problem, as I know how horrible it is when your stressed over deadlines, been there myself. So I will have a look at what went wrong on this occasion and what can be done about it for next time.

Thanks Susan - it was only by 1 day on this last occasion - and I do know why, so it's totally fine. The time before was actually being managed by a colleague, so won't be in my history. (although can fill you in via email if useful). As I said - generally service is really great - this is partly because of me always working up until the wire, just a day can make a big differene sometimes... Thanks for positive response though!

Its SO important for us to get ALL feedback not just the good stuff, which is why we use Feefo, so we can at least try and improve where we need to, its tough sometimes and we will do what we can where we can.
