How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Mrs Bonnie Lamoureux said about Zest Car Rental:

Great car, great service.

Great service. We called the rep on arrival and she met us at the 'meeting place' at the airport and walked us right to our car. Loved our little car. The return to the airport was a bit confusing...

Really pleased with service

Even though it had gone 9pm, the guy at the kiosk was efficient calm and very helpful. Biggest issue was finding where the kiosk was in Car Park 4. Drop off was equally smooth. Would use again
