Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

I am very sorry to hear you disappointed in the style of the Silk/Cotton garment but this garment is not a fitted garment whereas the previous Lambswool Cardigan you ordered is a fitted cardigan. I have contacted you directly about this error and have arranged for a full refund of postage costs to be issued. This is most unusual for this to happen and on the very rare occasion it does we would normally issue a free returns bag and label for you to return it to us.
