Laminate flooring can warp for 2 reasons.
1. If it is not acclimated in the correct humidity as stated in our guides and manufacturers instructions.
2. If it is not store flat as stated in our guides and manufacturers instructions.
If this has happend on 2 occasions to you, It is likely that there is some very high humidity in the room of installation causing the flooring to warp exEverythingvery thing is stored on flat pallets in our warhouse which is humidity controlled. We store over 1/2 million metres of flooring here so it is carefully monitored.

The order was delivered on time. Even though some of it was damaged, the replacement was sent straight away.
