Two packs arrived very damaged. When I contacted them they were out of stock so I had to buy elsewhere. It took two attempts to process my refund which should really have been quicker.
Extremely poor communication.
Original floor on back order, which was fine, but no communication on estimated delivery until I contacted them. Got told it would be delivered by 3 weeks, again fine....
