How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback Michael,

Sometimes we miss the mark with our service and are sorry that you aren't impressed. The emails we send are only intended to help our customers and are related to warranties, customer support and discounts.

We have removed you from our mailing list and any further updates.

We hope the rear blade that you purchased in May 2015 is still performing well.

Thank you again for the feedback.

All the best,

The team at Wipertech
