Hello Kathy, thank you for your feedback. Moving seats around is not advisable however, there should always be staff available to assist you should you require it. This is the same for help with your luggage where you are welcome to also use the lift which we have onboard all our vehicle ferries. You may already be aware but we do offer to add assisted travel to your booking which you can find details of on our website. I hope this helps if you do choose to travel with us in the future.

Hello Owain, thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you found travelling with us to be efficient and that the problems incurred were solved and did not alter your arrival time. My apologies that you find the price too high. We do advise to book in advance if you are able as we operate a live booking system where prices are likely to increase closer to the time and demand for that sailing. You may find ways to save by looking at our 'offers' tab on the Wightlink website.

Just so you are aware, we do offer a wide variety of hot and cold drinks in both our Wight Taste outlet and Costa coffee onboard Victoria of Wight. I do hope if you choose to travel with us again that you can find something on the menu to enjoy.
