Thank you for your feedback. We state very clearly on our website and over the phone that the £28.00 is on top of the weekly rental charge. You will find all cottage booking agents do this, and ours is amongst cheapest, compared to some of the online travel agents like Airbnb that charge a hefty booking fee.
